ICT integration in education is a global phenomenon, but its implementation varies across different cultural and socio-economic contexts. The study employs a qualitative approach to analyse existing literature and expert interviews from Egypt and Ghana to develop a comprehensive theoretical framework. The identified challenges include technological access disparities, teacher training needs, and curriculum alignment issues. Investment should be prioritised in improving internet connectivity and providing professional development for educators to enhance ICT integration effectively.
