School-based health education programmes have been implemented in various settings to improve adolescents' knowledge about reproductive health. A quasi-experimental design was employed with a pre- and post-intervention assessment of participants' knowledge scores. Data were collected from 300 randomly selected students across five schools. Findings indicate that the programme significantly improved adolescents' reproductive health knowledge by an average of 25% (95% CI: 18%, 34%). The school-based health education programme demonstrated a positive impact on improving adolescent reproductive health knowledge.
