Digital cultural heritage in Senegal faces challenges due to resource limitations such as inadequate infrastructure and financial constraints. A mixed methods approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative surveys among stakeholders to assess preservation efforts and identify gaps. Senegalese libraries reported a high proportion (75%) of digitized materials facing technical issues requiring immediate attention, while community engagement was notably underutilized in current preservation practices. The study highlights the need for improved digital infrastructure and greater community involvement in cultural heritage preservation initiatives. Develop tailored digital preservation solutions and enhance community participation to ensure sustainable management of Senegalese digital cultural resources.
