Pan-African companies operating in Kenya face unique cross-cultural management challenges due to diverse workforce compositions. A qualitative approach was employed through semi-structured interviews with managers and HR personnel in selected Pan-African companies operating in Kenya. Interviews revealed significant communication gaps (75%) due to language and idiomatic expressions, affecting project timelines by an average of 10%. Despite these challenges, participants reported successful management strategies that included cultural sensitivity training and multilingual support materials. Pan-African companies should prioritise cross-cultural competence training for managers and implement more inclusive communication tools to enhance team cohesion and productivity.
