Important Note This work does not propose a new dynamical cosmological model, nor does it attempt to replace existing metric or field-theoretic frameworks used in modern physics. Instead, the Dahli Structural Model (DSM) is introduced as a structural and ontological meta-framework whose purpose is to clarify the foundational architecture within which dynamical models operate. In this sense, DSM addresses primarily the questions “what is the structural nature of the cosmic substrate?” and “why do cosmological models possess the particular mechanical forms they exhibit?”, rather than the question of how the universe dynamically evolves. The framework therefore operates at a pre-metric and pre-dynamical level, identifying the mechanical skeleton that underlies cosmological descriptions, while conventional theories—such as gravitational, quantum, or cosmological dynamical models—are interpreted as effective descriptions of processes occurring within this deeper structural background. The ontological algebra stabilizes through a flat geometric background whose superposition is structurally broken, giving rise to the mass receptacles associated with the dark sector
