Trust plays a fundamental role in the social environment that establishes the principles and mechanisms upon which society is based. Trust plays a role in addressing certain societal issues, such as achieving stability and social peace. However, with the development and complexity of society, and with the increasing risks of life, trust has deteriorated. Most relationships between people have become purely materialistic. Therefore, trust has become a vital factor for the continued existence of society and the integrity of relationships within it. Societies typically differ significantly in the degree of trust individuals place in one another, and trust in social institutions also varies greatly. It has become clear that this often-prevalent suspicion is simply a reflection of a loss of trust in others. The loss of trust does not occur in isolation from social and psychological factors; Injustice, corruption, and social marginalization are all factors that undermine trust and push individuals towards paths that violate laws and values and are characterized by violence. The absence of trust in all aspects of citizens’ lives, especially their mutual trust in each other and their trust in their government and its public institutions, will generate feelings of failure and frustration within them, which will push them towards delinquency and criminal tendencies. It constitutes a war against frustration and failure, meaning that crime is generated by feelings of failure and frustration, which threatens the security and stability of society and increases the scale of the criminal phenomenon.
