Social media has become an important marketing tool for start-up businesses in the digital era. This study analyses the social media strategies adopted by start-ups and their impact on business growth in Tirupur City. The research is based on primary data collected through questionnaires and secondary data from journals and websites, using percentage and mean value analysis. The findings reveal that social media improves brand awareness, customer engagement, and market reach, though some challenges are also faced.
