This work presents Q-Net, a prototype quantum networking framework based on entanglement-assisted communication. By leveraging quantum teleportation, the system enables ultra-low latency data transfer in distributed environments. The framework is implemented and evaluated on IBM Quantum systems using Qiskit, demonstrating feasibility under current hardware constraints. The results suggest promising applications in future quantum internet and low-latency network architectures.
