This paper presents the entry point to a seven-paper series deriving the Standard Model of particle physics from a single algebraic input: E₈₍₈₎, the split real form of E₈, and one measured constant, MPlanck. The framework rests on three postulates containing no dimensionless free parameters. The symmetry breaking cascade E₈ → E₇ × SU (2) → SU (3) × SU (2) × U (1) is uniquely determined by the highest-root rule and independently reproduced by the McKay correspondence. Three fermion generations, proton stability, and the Born rule each follow from the algebraic structure without additional assumptions. Quantitative predictions with no fitted parameters include: the Higgs boson mass at 0. 024% agreement with experiment (PDG 2025) ; the top quark mass at 0. 09%; seven fermion mass ratios at 0. 39% average; seven CKM matrix elements at 1. 6% average; all three PMNS mixing angles within 0. 8σ of NuFIT 6. 0, with the exact sum rule tan (θ₁₂) = cos (θ₂₃) ; normal neutrino mass ordering with Σmν = 0. 059 eV; and the cosmological constant at 1. 7% across 122 orders of magnitude. All tensor product decompositions, singlet counts, and weight enumerations are independently verified using SageMath 10. 7. Detailed derivations appear in Papers 1–6, available upon request.
