Technical Report v1.6: Statistical Integrity and Universal Classification of Tier3 States with Research Architecture Overview (DOI 1.0–1.6)

Abstract: This report provides definitive statistical evidence for the completeness of Tier3 classification (Stable / Persistent / Escape / BlindSpot) across the full 81, 975, 528‑block analysis database within the Merutan Theory framework, and presents a Research Architecture Overview covering the entire technical report series (DOI 1. 0–1. 6). Section 1 defines the Tier3 classification framework. Each block is assigned one of four mutually exclusive states based on the pair of collapse indicators under noTTA and TTA conditions (Δtier3 ∈ −1, 0, +1). These four states are collectively exhaustive for all blocks with non‑null input parameters (ΔSSIM, PC1, local SSIM). Section 2 provides SQL‑based verification of 100% Tier3 classification coverage across the 81, 975, 528‑block database derived from 5, 004 NIH ChestX‑ray8 images for four AI upscaling models (SwinIR, Upscayl Standard, Upscayl High, Upscayl Digital).
