This study examines the reliability of secondary schools systems in Tanzania by leveraging panel data analysis. Panel data estimation techniques are employed using a mixed-effects model to analyse the stability and consistency of educational parameters across different schools over time. A significant proportion (72%) of schools showed consistent performance in academic outcomes, indicating stable system reliability. However, variability was observed in resource allocation and teacher effectiveness. The study concludes that while there are robust areas within the education system, improvements are necessary to ensure equitable learning opportunities for all students. Immediate interventions should focus on enhancing teacher training programmes and improving infrastructure to mitigate identified disparities. secondary schools systems, panel data analysis, reliability measurement, Tanzania Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
