This work extends previous models of the Fermi question by introducing artificial intelligence as an additional probabilistic filter. We propose that the emergence of AI is not inevitable, but depends on a combination of independent conditions. As a result, the probability of AI can be expressed as a product of factors, significantly reducing the likelihood of detectable civilizations. The model extends the contact probability framework and shows that even with many civilizations, the probability of detection approaches zero under realistic constraints. This work builds upon previous versions by introducing AI as a structural filter in cosmic evolution.
