D1.1 Communication Plan

This communication plan details the dissemination, exploitation, and communication activities OAPEN will initiate to promote the OAPEN-EU project. The aim is to maximise impact using existing organisational communication channels and networks, including leveraging European Commission contacts to be able to access the research community. This plan is divided into several sections: a table overview summarising the communication activities, channels, target groups, and KPIs; a detailed explanation of each type of activity and the impact on the relevant stakeholder group; a summary of the different communication channels that will be used in the project; and a conclusion.
