This deliverable reports on Task 2.3, which assesses the structure and functioning of the Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation System (AKIS) in five partner regions—Spain, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland and Ireland—to evaluate the support provided to OH‑FINE farmer cohorts (in‑conversion, post‑conversion and conventional). Using farmer surveys, focus groups and social network mapping workshops involving key AKIS stakeholder groups, the analysis identifies differences in the type and extent of support across regions and farmer cohorts. The findings confirm the task hypothesis, revealing substantial heterogeneity in AKIS engagement and support structures, and provide evidence to guide subsequent project activities.
