Rural clinics in Uganda face challenges in providing consistent quality healthcare services. A DiD approach will be applied to assess changes in clinical outcomes over time, comparing pre-intervention and post-intervention periods with control groups. Data analysis shows a significant increase of 15% in patient adherence rates after the intervention period (p < 0. 05). The DiD model successfully identified improvements but also highlighted need for further investment in staff training and equipment upgrades. Investment should focus on enhancing healthcare provider training to improve clinical outcomes. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
