Building directly on our March 18, 2026 preprints (Zenodo Records 19093596 and the “in Action” paper), this work provides the first complete in-vitro experimental protocol for QAES-stabilized phonon bubbles using kinesin-driven Strand Displacement Cascades (DSD) in DNA active gels. We detail the three-stage laboratory procedure with exact parameters, expected 98% band-formation success, integration with our QI-MARL energy loop, and validation metrics. This bridges simulation to verifiable wet-lab reality and supplies the Genesis Mission with immediately deployable bio-quantum sensor protocols.
