This work presents a stress-tested formulation of Leynstrinsic Field Theory, developing its consequences across quantum gravity, cosmology, particle physics, and black hole dynamics within a single connectivity-based framework. The theory is governed by a renormalization group flow of spectral dimension, producing a dimensional crossover from four to two in the ultraviolet and yielding ultraviolet regularization, tensor suppression, and emergent cosmological structure without inflation. It derives cosmological observables, including the scalar spectral tilt and amplitude, from dimensional flow, and introduces a global state obstruction in gravitational systems. The framework generates testable predictions across multiple regimes, including cosmological structure formation, black hole behavior, and particle spectra, while remaining explicitly falsifiable through observational constraints.
