Version 4. 0: The Law of Creation – Unifying Matter and Sentience via Geometric Resonance This preprint completes the transition from the foundational Omandac Law (v26. 0 of the Hu-Omandac Unified Tao framework) to its full spatial extension: the Law of Creation V4. 0.
