We introduce the KIT (Kim’s Isotropic Template) Universal Mass Formula, which derives fundamental particle masses exclusively from the non-trivial zeros ϱn = 1/2 + iγn of the Riemann zetafunction: M(N) = me · B(N) · G(N), where B(N) = ∏Nn=1|ζ′(ϱn)|2/N is the spectral stiffnessfactor and G(N) is the geometric interference factor. The formula reproduces the electron (N = 1),muon (N =2), and tau (N = 3) masses to <0.001%, and the proton mass via a colour-confinementcorrection, all with zero free parameters. We prove that the hexagonal KIT lattice saturates atNsat = 23 − 1 = 7, providing the first geometric explanation for the observed three-generationstructure of the Standard Model. The N = 4 mode prediction MKIT(4) = 2348.9 MeV, Q = 0,JPC =0−+ is identified with the X(2370) resonance observed by BESIII (PRL 132, 181901, 2024)at 2395 ± 11 MeV — an a posteriori confirmation with <2% agreement and zero free parameters. The formula requires Re(ϱn) = 1/2, constituting six independent physical arguments for the RiemannHypothesis as a physical law.
