Letter 96 of the BCT Superfluid Lattice Model. The Great Cosmic Voids — including the Boötes Void, KBC Void, and Eridanus Cold Spot — are interpreted as regions of nearly pure OHC vacuum ground state |BCT⟩, where matter density fluctuations are suppressed and the vacuum expresses itself undisturbed. The characteristic void scale is derived from the Baryon Acoustic Oscillation length scale: Lᵥoid = LBAO × (1 − rₒct − rₜet) = 490 × 0. 6805 = 333. 5 Mly, matching the Boötes Void diameter of 330 Mly with error +1. 05%. Zero free parameters. The non-void fraction (1 − rₒct − rₜet) is the fraction of the BCT vacuum that is neither octahedral nor tetrahedral void — the pure lattice material fraction. Voids grow to this fraction of the BAO acoustic horizon. Additional results: void sphericity follows from SO (3) rotational symmetry of the OHC a-plane; the CMB Cold Spot is a region of anomalously high OHC phase coherence (no parallel universe required) ; the Hercules–Corona Borealis Great Wall is the matter compression front at the largest void boundary. Voids are attractors of the OHC vacuum — the universe returning to its ground state.
