NSk--Physicality defines physicality in the NSk/ψ programme as a conditional activation of the physical sector built on top of a previously established mathematical anchor. The module takes NSk--Anchor as its only formal upstream and does not identify the anchor itself with the activation of the physical world. We introduce a finite realization lattice, a local existence density, a two-level coarse-graining procedure, and an entropic loss that serves as an arming condition but is not yet sufficient for ignition. On this basis we define two local conditions, ArmCond and IgnCond, and the central gate of the module: PhGatePhys = ArmCond and IgnCond. We prove the necessity of both components, the activation of the physical sector once the gate is satisfied, and the fact that activation is not free: a positive activation cost provides a theorem-level lower bound for entry into active physicality. In the PURE-B layer we formalize a triplet local ignition witness compatible with the q3D realization, without claiming that arity 3 is absolutely universal across all possible carriers. The module is designed as an intermediate layer between the mathematical anchor and downstream modules such as Micro, Randomness, Mechanics, and Gravity.
