This manuscript introduces the Emrick Phase Grid, a discrete, phase-based physical substrate that provides a unified mechanistic foundation for modern physics. The model replaces particles, fields, and probabilistic interpretations with a single physical variable—phase—stored and updated across a fixed spatial lattice. Local phase-correction rules generate wave propagation, matter stability, inertia, forces, radiation, coherence, and cosmic-scale behavior. The theory resolves long-standing conceptual gaps in physics and offers testable predictions across optics, gravitation, quantum behavior, and high-energy interactions.
