Achieving technological sovereignty of the Russian economy and strategic planning priorities

In the context of increasing sanctions pressure, the problem of innovative development and economic growth in the Russian economy appears urgent. To address this, it is advisable to use strategic planning tools. This article summarizes the methods for developing and implementing strategic programs within the framework of state policy for scientific and technological development. It analyzes the prospects for structural transformation and substantiates the priorities for applying strategic planning tools to achieve technological sovereignty in the Russian economy. The results of this study can be used to forecast the innovative development of the Russian economy.
