This work formalizes the Execution Layer (EXE) within the SOSA framework as the deterministic component responsible for generating output under predefined constraints. The Execution Layer operates strictly between constraint enforcement (CE) and validation (MVU), executing generation within a fully resolved constraint space. It defines a deterministic execution function operating on input, constraint space, and system state, ensuring reproducibility and eliminating stochastic variation. The layer introduces explicit operational constraints, failure handling mechanisms, termination conditions, and output segmentation rules. The Execution Layer does not define or validate constraints but strictly executes generation within the admissible space defined by SCL and CE, ensuring modular separation and controlled output production in Large Language Model systems.
