English proficiency has evolved from a supplementary skill to a core component of technical survival for engineering students in a globalized job market. This study investigates the effectiveness of innovative, technology-enhanced, and interactive teaching strategies in improving the speaking and writing skills of 143 engineering students. Results indicate that transition from General English (GE) to English for Specific Purposes (ESP), combined with blended learning and AI-driven tools, significantly enhances ommunicative competence and professional readiness.
