We consider a smooth surjective submersion Π : N 4 → M 3 from a 4-dimensionalRiemannian manifold to a 3-dimensional observation space. Assuming the existence ofa scalar function on N that is constant along trajectories, and applying Fourier anal-ysis under finite-resolutionobservation (voxelization), we derive a parameter-free energy formula E(n, D) = n(2π/D)2 − (2π)2 ℏc. When evaluated at the proton charge radiusDp = 2rp = 1.6828 fm, this formula reproduces multiple hadron masses to sub-percentaccuracy—including a 0.003% match at n = 8, and a 0.09% match to the experimentallyestablished Regge trajectory slope. We document these numerical coincidences, along withseveral structural correspondences to known physics (electromagnetism, gauge symmetry, lepton mass hierarchy), and a candidate formula for the fine-structure constant α accurateto 0.048%.The author is not a physicist. Whether this geometric framework reflects genuine phys-ical structure, or whether the numerical matches are elaborate coincidences, is a questionthe author cannot resolve alone. This paper is written because the number of sub-percentmatches from a single formula with no adjustable parameters appeared too large to leaveunexamined. Not fully completed yet needs to check more I just uploaded because skelton is complete and this result seems too strange. I will clean up and discuss with collaborator also if you interested in please send me a mail. hyeonseok@gm.gist.ac.kr.
