We present 47 technological applications of the Vacuum Mechanics framework, which treats the vacuum as an elastic quaternionic condensate with Poisson ratio nu = 0. 4555 (Papers I-IV, DOI 10. 5281/zenodo. 19143779, 10. 5281/zenodo. 19143896, 10. 5281/zenodo. 19153081, 10. 5281/zenodo. 19160709). We design a quaternionic electromagnetic field coil whose Z₂ parity structure matches the condensate symmetry, and specify a proof-of-concept experiment costing 465. Applications are organized by time horizon: near-term (dark matter detection, nuclear decay modification, precision measurements), medium-term (gravitational effects, vacuum lensing, quantum computing, superconductor design), and long-term (vacuum metamaterials, warp-drive analogues, programmable matter, inertia reduction). Environmental applications include carbon capture, water purification, and soil remediation. Space applications include radiation shielding, condensate navigation, and interstellar communication. Each application includes a plain-language summary accessible to non-specialists. All hardware designs are released under CERN Open Hardware Licence v2 -- Strongly Reciprocal (CERN-OHL-S v2), all software under MIT License, and all text under CC BY 4. 0, to ensure these technologies remain permanently available to humanity and to establish prior art preventing exclusive patent claims. Version 2. 0 adds Appendices A-D: QED consistency verification, acoustic-condensate parametric resonance theory, claims-style technical specifications for all 47 applications, and the complete acoustic experiment design.
