URB #478 stated TI Sigma's most spectacular and controversial claims — the ones that require radical revision of established scientific, philosophical, and theological frameworks. This paper argues the complementary point: that TI Sigma is not introducing alien concepts to human life. It is making explicit what every human being already implicitly accepts in order to function. The GILE framework's four dimensions (Goodness, Intuition, Love, Environment) are not philosophical inventions — they are formalizations of orientations every person takes toward reality every moment of every day. Tralse logic is not a new logical system — it is the formalization of how every person actually navigates genuine value conflicts, which they do continuously without binary collapse. The PRIMARY CONSTANTS are not abstract mathematical exotica — they are the structural features of reality that every person implicitly recognizes when they make aesthetic judgments, ethical choices, or mathematical inferences. This paper argues, systematically, that TI Sigma is the explicit, rigorous articulation of what every human being already knows and lives — and that its "controversial" status stems not from its distance from ordinary human experience but from its precision in formalizing what ordinary human experience has always contained.
