This paper presents the D-FUMT (Dimensional Fujimoto Universal Mathematical Theory) Four-Dimensional Pocket Theory - a novel content-addressable semantic compression framework built upon seven-valued logic with state transition dynamics. The system achieves 97. 6% compression (2, 249B to 54B) through Psi-convergence with complete reversibility.
