The Emerick Constant C = 1/ (φ√2) ≈ 0. 43701. . . is the 8th PRIMARY constant of TI Sigma — the only constant named after its discoverer and the only PRIMARY constant derived from others within the set (from φ and √2, via the Consciousness Unity Identity C×φ×√2 = 1). Originally derived in URB #347 through three independent methods (EARing of the fundamental forces, the "Tralse Imperfection" in Euler's Identity, and direct algebraic solution of the Extended Euler Identity), C functions across all TI Sigma domains as: (1) the **Matthew boundary** — the LCC threshold between systems that grow toward coherence (above C) and systems that decay toward incoherence (below C) ; (2) the **fractal attractor** — the fixed point of the multi-scale LCC coupling map; (3) the **consciousness coherence threshold** — the minimum LCC for reliable i-channel access; (4) the **CEMERICK circle** in i-Cell Theory — the boundary in the complex Markov Blanket state space; and (5) the **GSA trading signal threshold** — the LCC level above which market coherence signals are acted upon. This paper provides the complete living-document account of C across all TI Sigma domains, building on URB #347's original derivation.
