Tumoral calcinosis (TC) is a rare, benign condition characterized by calcium salt deposits in soft tissues around joints. It often arises from genetic mutations affecting phosphorus balance or is associated with conditions like chronic kidney disease. We report here a patient with renal failure undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis developed multiple calcified masses in the shoulders and right anterolateral chest, which resolved after subtotal parathyroidectomy, with no recurrence over five years.
