This paper develops an explicit alternative formulation of relativistic kinematics in which space and time remain structurally distinct and simultaneity is defined globally relative to a physically distinguished inertial frame. The resulting transformation laws are related to the standard Lorentz transformations through a linear redefinition of the temporal coordinate associated with Einstein synchronization, ensuring empirical equivalence with the classical experimental tests that originally motivated special relativity.
