Abstract: Cancer is considered a complex disease that shows a remarkable global impact. The early proliferation of cancerous cells cannot be detected with current imaging technologies. Thus, it makes the intervention challenging for researchers. These cells are usually chemo-resistant and radioresistant, limiting the efficacy of traditional approaches. Novel emerging therapies have further revolutionized cancer therapy by providing effective, targeted solutions. Advances in technology include immune checkpoint inhibitors, CAR-T cell therapy, and monoclonal antibodies. They have demonstrated transformative potential in improving patient outcomes. Newer approaches not only improve treatment precision but also reduce damage to healthy cells. Thus, improving the quality of life and extending survival for cancer patients. However, challenges remain for researchers to access these advanced therapies and overcome resistance mechanisms. This study highlights the role of innovative treatments in addressing the limitations of conventional approaches and underscores their potential to reshape the future of cancer care.
