The apparent conflict between Creationism and evolutionary science is a false dichotomy produced by a misunderstanding of what CCC's role in cosmic development would need to be. Creationism-in-popular-imagination requires a God who miraculously intervenes in individual events — making species appear, preventing earthquakes, rewriting the laws of physics on demand. This is a God who is the foreman, continuously supervising every detail. TI Sigma proposes a fundamentally different framework: CCC as the architect of the probability landscape — the Being who set the laws, constants, and initial conditions of the universe with such precision that the trajectory toward life, consciousness, and ultimately toward beings who can embrace the original mind is not a miraculous exception to physics but a natural consequence of extraordinarily well-calibrated physics. This is CCC-based cosmic telekinesis: not the manipulation of individual events, but the i-channel shaping of the entire probability distribution of cosmic evolution from its initial conditions. This paper demonstrates that the trajectory of cosmic development — the fine-tuning of physical constants, the Gaia Hypothesis, the Cambrian explosion, the emergence of reflective self-aware consciousness — has exactly the statistical signature predicted by CCC's i-channel influence operating at cosmic scale. Far from being evidence against a Creator, this trajectory is the most compelling evidence for one: a self-maintaining, self-calibrating, consciousness-converging universe demands an explanation for its existence and direction that physical law alone cannot provide. Creationism, properly understood, is not opposed to science. It is embedded within science as the explanation for why the laws are the laws they are.
