Abstract

Conclusion:Telitacicept combined with glucocorticoids may offer a greater reduction in proteinuria than telitacicept monotherapy in IgAN patients, with preserved renal function.These findings support potential benefit of adjunctive GC therapy in selected patients undergoing telitacicept treatment.I have no potential conflict of interest to disclose.I did not use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
