The idea of development and modernity accompanies man in various fields. The military field had the lion's share of this development, so lethal nuclear and nitrogen weapons emerged. In fact, the military aircraft industry began to take a greater trend in every era that differs from the other. A plane began to be sent at an imaginary cost with a human pilot on board who may or may not return. Then man realized the difficulty, danger and cost of that, so the human mind thought about manufacturing less expensive and smaller aircraft that move on their own and carry out a number of missions at the same time. They may carry out espionage and reconnaissance missions at times. This study has two importances, the first is scientific and the other is practical. As for the scientific importance, it is represented in the scarcity of research and theory that shed light on the legal provisions for the work and damages of drones. As for the practical importance, it lies in standing on the applied side to question individuals, institutions and even countries about the damages caused by drones, whether to humans, stones or trees. Through our study, we will rely on the analytical approach by analyzing the relevant legal texts.
