This work presents Universal Reactivity, an operational framework for identifying and validating a dynamical constant k directly from gravitational‑wave morphology. Using fully falsifiable datasets from GWTC‑1, GWTC‑2, and GWTC‑3, we perform an independent audit and empirical verification of k without relying on astrophysical parameters or model‑dependent assumptions. The analysis demonstrates that k is reproducible, robust across catalogs, and strongly correlated with waveform dynamics rather than source properties. All methods are deterministic and fully transparent, enabling independent replication and falsification. This deposition provides the complete manuscript, figures, and code used to validate the constant k across public gravitational‑wave catalogs.
