Abstract

Conclusion:Early CAG strategy, as compared to medication treatment or a more delayed CAG, in advanced CKD patients presenting with ACS is not associated with increased risk of RRT and may poses a long-term survival benefit.I have no potential conflict of interest to disclose.I did not use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
