This article develops a contextual dynamical model for two‑state quantum systems in which superposition arises from temporal coarse‑graining over an ultra‑rapid underlying oscillatory process. The model reproduces the Born rule, avoids the assumptions of Bell’s theorem, and offers an alternative interpretation of quantum states as projections of deeper temporal dynamics.
