Within the Genesis-1 framework, Ethon-Space is a structured electromagnetic medium composed of Ethons organized into prime-number fractal structures. Every fractal contains two geometrically distinct components: compressible folds and incompressible edges. EM wave propagation operates exclusively through the compressible folds. Time emerges as the sequential offset of compressible states — it is not a fundamental substrate but a derived phenomenon. The structural tension tensor (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19241309) resides on the incompressible edges and is therefore outside the temporal domain by geometric necessity. Since every measurement — neuronal or instrumental — is an electromagnetic interaction, it operates exclusively within the compressible domain. The instantaneity of the tension tensor is both a geometric necessity and an epistemic inaccessibility. Neither requires independent postulation: both are derived from the structure of the medium.
