Objectives: To present a conservative prosthetic rehabilitation technique for patients with reduced inter-arch space following maxillary resection and flap reconstruction. Methods: A customized prosthesis using thinned acrylic teeth and thermoplastic retention was fabricated for a post-maxillectomy patient who declined surgical revision. Functional and aesthetic outcomes were evaluated during follow-up. Results: The prosthesis successfully restored facial aesthetics, speech, and oral function while protecting reconstructed soft tissues. The patient reported improved comfort, confidence, and satisfaction. Conclusions: Thermoplastic-assisted prosthetic rehabilitation offers a minimally invasive and effective alternative for managing complex maxillofacial defects with compromised anatomy.
