D1.1 Project management (PM) and Operational plan (OP)

The Project Handbook reports the management processes for communication, monitoring, approval of deliverables adopted within the PlaceMUS XR project, including the setting up of guidelines, templates and standards. It provides the necessary indications to define the overall managerial strategy and how each phase established by the PlaceMUS XR documentation must be made operational, within a dedicated timeframe, during the project implementation. The current text constitutes is a living document, constantly evolving with attention to the progression of overlapping parallel tasks of WPs and their deliverables. The intended target of the PlaceMUS XR Project Handbook consists of members of the PlaceMUS XR Consortium and the Project Officer(s).
