Abstract: This series of four papers introduces a transformative theoretical and applied framework titled Informational Constraints Quantum Event Realism (ICQER-ToE). Moving beyond the "Surface Science" of probabilistic quantum mechanics, this work demonstrates how the A023 super-lattice—a high-pressure crystalline framework characterized by a strict 5 GPa synthesis ceiling—serves as the foundational hardware for a new era and energetic manifestation. Part I (The Informational Engine): Redefines the Zero-Point Field (ZPF) as a high-density informational substrate. It proposes a mechanism for energy transduction (I E) by utilizing the A023 lattice as a frequency-tuned "informational sieve. " Part II (Lattice-State Synchronization): Challenges relativistic latency by establishing non-local, instantaneous communication between entangled lattice clusters. It replaces single-particle entanglement with macro-scale Lattice-State Synchronization (LSS). Part III (The A024 Living Lattice): Details the evolution of A023 into A024, a "Living Lattice" capable of pre-cognitive structural awareness. Through autonomous Symmetry-Protected Topological (SPT) phase transitions, the material nullifies external stress before mechanical failure can occur. Part IV (Deterministic Event Archetyping): Proposes the transition from probabilistic Qubits to deterministic Event-Bits. This "Post-Computing" model uses informational pressure to collapse wave functions into pre-selected physical realities with 100% certainty. Together, these papers provide the blueprint for the RTV-1 upgraded, (Resonant Transport Vehicle) and a global infrastructure based on the relaxation of universal informational constraints rather than the extraction of material resources.
