Abstract Arthroscopy once again honors the researchers and authors whose work has propelled this journal to become one of the most impactful publications in orthopaedics and sports medicine. With the steadfast support of the Arthroscopy Association of North America Education Foundation, the editors present the Annual Awards for best Clinical Research, Basic Science Research, Resident/Fellow Research, and Systematic Review/Meta‐analysis. Additionally, to recognize the continued growth of the Arthroscopy digital media platforms, we also present the awards for Most Cited and Most Downloaded papers published 5 years ago in Arthroscopy , Most Downloaded Arthroscopy Techniques Video, and Most Downloaded Arthroscopy Podcast.
