This research paper presents a comprehensive and interdisciplinary exploration of premature death by integrating perspectives from spirituality, astrology, and modern science. The study examines the concept of untimely mortality not only through biological and environmental causes but also through deeper philosophical and cosmic frameworks rooted in traditional Indian knowledge systems. The paper highlights how premature death is influenced by multiple dimensions, including physical health, mental well-being, environmental conditions, karmic patterns, and planetary influences. It analyzes key scientific causes such as cardiovascular diseases, lifestyle disorders, pollution, and psychological stress, while simultaneously exploring spiritual concepts like karma, rebirth, and the continuity of the soul. In addition, the research incorporates astrological interpretations, focusing on planetary combinations, maraka houses, and the influence of celestial bodies such as Saturn, Mars, and Rahu-Ketu in determining life events. The role of Vastu Shastra and energy balance is also examined, emphasizing how environmental and spatial factors may impact human health and longevity. A significant contribution of this study is the development of a holistic model that connects body, mind, energy, soul, and cosmic forces. The paper proposes that premature death cannot be fully understood through a single discipline and advocates for an integrated approach combining scientific awareness with traditional wisdom. Furthermore, the study outlines preventive strategies, including medical care, lifestyle modification, psychological support, spiritual practices, astrological remedies, and Vastu corrections. It emphasizes that many cases of premature death are preventable through a balanced and conscious way of living. Overall, this research contributes to the growing field of integrative and holistic studies by bridging the gap between ancient knowledge systems and modern scientific inquiry, offering a broader understanding of life, death, and human existence.
