In the contemporary business environment, characterized by rapid technological advancement and dynamic market conditions, Business Intelligence (BI) has become an essential component for effective organizational decision-making. BI tools enable organizations to collect, integrate, and analyze large volumes of data from diverse sources, thereby supporting strategic planning and operational efficiency. Among recent developments in BI, Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) has gained significant attention due to its ability to empower business users to perform data analysis independently without extensive technical expertise. This study reviews the development and application of a Business Intelligence solution using Microsoft Power BI, one of the leading platforms in the BI ecosystem. Power BI provides advanced capabilities for data transformation, visualization, and interactive reporting, enabling users to convert complex datasets into meaningful insights. The study demonstrates how comparative datasets can be efficiently processed and visualized through logical dashboards and analytical reports, facilitating easier interpretation and informed managerial decision-making. The findings highlight that Power BI serves as an effective SSBI tool for enhancing data accessibility, improving analytical efficiency, and supporting organizations in achieving data-driven decision-making in competitive industrial environments.
