Updated February/March 2026: Section 8 (Unification) and Open Problem OP5 expanded to incorporate independent empirical support from Mishra (2026), arXiv: 2603. 01043. Section 8 adds a paragraph noting that f (T) and f (T, T̃) torsional gravity theories fit the full precision cosmological dataset suite (DESI DR2, Pantheon+SH0ES, Union3, LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA gravitational-wave standard sirens) and outperform ΛCDM by ΔAIC and ΔBIC, confirming that the TEGR-based gravitational sector of FoR is empirically viable from solar-system to Hubble-flow scales. OP5 is expanded with two paragraphs: (1) noting that one-loop corrections to Lgrav will generate effective f (T) modifications, with Mishra's best-fit functional forms as empirical constraints; (2) identifying torsional baryogenesis (∂_μT · J^μB coupling) as a candidate mechanism for the matter-antimatter asymmetry within the existing FoR field content, observationally viable within the torsion framework. One new reference added: Mishra (2026), arXiv: 2603. 01043, ApJ 981: 13 and PTEP 2025: 103E03.
