This paper introduces Informed Decision Infrastructure™ (IDI™) as the operational layer that translates governance principles into a structured, auditable system for decision formation, validation, and continuous oversight across AI-enabled and strategic initiatives. Building on the Governance Timing Model™, IDI™ defines how governance is applied across five integrated components: 4S Lighthouse™, Decision Intelligence Model™, Decision Evidence Record™, Decision Atlas™, and 4S Productivity Stack™.
