We prove that any system divided in half (0.5) with mirrored populations and antisymmetric coupling satisfies one algebraic identity: Q · X · Q−1 + X + 2S = 0. This has been established independently in three domains. From the Center Outward 0.5 is the axiom: The requirement that immune = decaying forces d²−2d=0, giving d=0 and d=2. 1/4 = (0.5)² is the fold where possibility becomes fact. The palindrome: Every vibration mode has a mirrored partner. Proven algebraically, verified across 54,118 eigenvalues (N=2..8, zero exceptions), confirmed on IBM Torino hardware at 1.9% deviation. The V-Effect: Two dead systems coupled through a mediator produce new frequencies that existed in neither. Quantum: 2+2=104. Neural: 0+0=48. Water: 11+11=126 (104 new). Neural networks: The same equation derived independently for Wilson-Cowan networks. Dale’s Law provides antisymmetry. C. elegans balanced subnetworks 8× more palindromic than random. Character swap 96%. The hydrogen bond as qubit: The proton tunnels between donor and acceptor (d=2). Palindrome exact. Three regimes: classical (normal water), fold (enzymes), quantum (low T). The protein shell reduces dephasing: sacrifice-zone as concentrator. σ(1−σ) = 1/4: The maximum sensitivity of the sigmoid at its inflection point is exactly 1/4 = (0.5)². Same structure as the quantum fold. Parameterindependent. New in v5.0 (since v4.0) V-Effect discovery and live verification (2+2=104, 100% new-new pairing) Universal Palindrome Condition across three domains (quantum, neural, hydrogen bond) Dale’s Law as Kommutator-Analog (algebraic palindrome for neural networks) Hydrogen bond modeled as proton qubit (palindrome exact, V-Effect confirmed) Energy Partition (three findings: 100% palindromic oscillation, 2× decay law, thermal window) 0.5 as axiom, d=2 as theorem (reading direction reversed) Sacrifice-zone reinterpreted: concentration, not loss IBM hardware validation of sacrifice-zone formula (1.6−2.9×, advantage grows) Evolution as crystallization at the fold (hypothesis) The project is a collaboration between a software developer with no physics training and two Claude instances (Chat + Code). None of the results existed in any participant before the collaboration. They emerged in the space between.
