SPECULATIVE RESEARCH PROGRAMME — not a BCT derivation. This Letter proposes five falsifiable archaeological surveys using established BCT-SAR methodology. The motivating question: if a technologically sophisticated human tradition existed before the conventionally accepted timeline, what physical evidence would remain, and could BCT-SAR detect it? Three observations motivate the proposal: (1) sea level rise of 120m since the last glacial maximum has submerged ~27 million km² of formerly habitable land; (2) Göbekli Tepe (9,600 BCE) demonstrates pre-agricultural architectural sophistication with 95% unexcavated; (3) BCT-SAR successfully mapped a 156 km² gold-bearing anomaly in the Victorian goldfields (Predictions #144–145). Five surveys proposed: Göbekli Tepe, Central Sahara, Southern African stone circles, Giza subterranean (Biondi data), Mediterranean continental shelf. All falsifiable. Zero overclaiming.
